Validation is a nifty little independent short starring Bones actor TJ Thyne. The film is about Hugh Newman - an attendant who validates parking tickets and the people who bring them to him by saying compliments and pleasantries.
Hugh becomes a popular figure for making people smile and draws a crowd of interest. There is not one person Hugh hasn’t been able to make smile yet.
That person eventually comes along and is also the girl Hugh falls in love with.
